Mindfulness with Movement
Wednesdays, 5:15 – 6:15pm
Join us for an hour of guided practice, including gentle movement, sitting meditation, and discussion. This class will support you to establish or deepen your mindfulness practice. The focus of this class is the integration of mindfulness into daily life. All are very welcome!
Location: Burlington Friends Meeting House, 173 North Prospect St, Burlington VT.
(We meet in the Bassett House, which is the big white house in the front of the property. Please park on the street unless you have a physical limitation.)
